The author of this website is a 8th grade girl in Denver, CO (as of March, 2021). As a part of the curriculum, students are required to do a community service project about a topic they are passionate about. This particular 8th grader, having some learning disabilities, has always sympathized with those with mental health issues. However, when the pandemic arrived, and so many more people were thrown into isolation, she felt a new sense of urgency and decided to make something to spread awareness and provide help to those struggling. She hopes because of this website, she can make even the tiniest difference in someones life.
